During the summer, when the land is generous, many of the ingredients used are of our own production and as such, form a large part of the meat on offer.
Our cuisine is first and foremost genuine! It combines national tradition with various local offers, from the land menu with “malloreddus” alla campidanese (typical pasta dish with tomato sauce), “seadas”(local dessert with deep-fried dumplings and honey), “su purcheddu” (spit-roasted suckling pig) and roast lamb, to the seafood menu with the famous Castellan catch of the day.
Having an international clientele, we simply had to include pizza cooked in a wood oven among our food offer.
The restaurant is open to external guests and hotel guests, either with an à la carte menu or half-board or full-board. If you go for the “board” option, you can choose every day between two first courses and two-second courses, a side dish, fruit or dessert; for dinner, pizza is always available as an alternative to the menu of your choice.
Special attention is given to children: as an alternative to the daily menu, we can prepare simple dishes, suited to their tastes and age. The only request is that you notify us a little in advance!
